Such transfers are carried out exclusively on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.

• risk analysis and DPIA when necessary, e.g., when implementing new analytical tools or profiling features.
14. Age Restrictions
The service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age and does not knowingly collect their data. If such data is detected, it will be promptly deleted.
15. Document Language
In case of discrepancies between the language versions of this Privacy Policy and the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.
16. Changes and Updates to the Privacy Policy
The controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
